Protocol
Read on to see how my personal protocol has been helping me beat Parkinson’s Disease since 2009
After being diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease back in 2009, I designed a unique personal protocol based on the use of the very latest tech and a carefully curated vitamin and food supplement program.
I first devised the program when it became harder to do tasks I was able to do before and I decided I didn’t want to rely on medication alone.
Instead of just managing my condition, I have actually seen improvements: I can now dine out frequently in restaurants, recently went on a cruise holiday, can take regular walks, and even play table tennis with my wife. Importantly, I am also able to drive again, which has given me back my independence and confidence.
The cumulative effect of my protocol is really paying off and I feel like I have my motivation for life back I have been working with a qualified pharmacist, herbalist acupuncturist as well as Emmett & Reiki therapists for many years now. I feel that, with the support of my family and friends I have gone back in time. If I can help just one person with Parkinson’s by sharing my protocol, I will be very happy.
The protocol can be split into several key areas including:
Non-invasive Technology
StrydAR Walking Glasses
Which use groundbreaking visual cueing technology that activates the brain’s Motor Cortex to restore natural movement. The glasses help re-establish smoother, more coordinated walking, improving posture, balance, and stride and helping with confidence.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) mat
Which uses electric currents to improve the immune system, boost circulation, improves sleep, reduces pain, and repairs cartilage.
Photo-biomodulation helmet
Reduces inflammation in the body, manages depression and anxiety whilst increasing energy.
Grounding / earthing mat
Which focuses on connecting the body to the Earth providing the same electrical effects as touching the earth itself: this helps with stiffness, fatigue, and promotes better sleep.
Flow headset system
Which is used by the NHS to manage anxiety and to promote positive mental health.
Beech band
Which uses rhythmic tapping sensations which can help with speech clarity as well as making it easier to walk & talk.
Pulsetto and NeuroSym devices
Which are designed to stimulate the vagus nerve therefore increasing blood flow to the brain whilst also improving mood and body functions and encouraging better sleep.
Vitamins & special supplements
AtremoPlus, which supports cognitive and motor well-being, potentially slowing age-related degeneration, and providing antioxidant protection against oxidative stress
PS128 which benefits mental, neurological, and physical health through the gut-brain axis
Spermadene which supports cognitive function and promotes longevity and healthy aging by stimulating autophagy (cellular cleanup) and reducing inflammation.
Reishi mushroom to reduce stress and fatigue, and boost immune system.
Mito Q to fight oxidative stress at the cellular level to improve energy and endurance.
Exercise & recovery
Treadmill to ensure daily aerobic exercise to strengthen muscles and heart.
Norwegian walking sticks to gain strength and improve confidence and balance.
Walking backwards to improve balance, posture and coordination whilst being kind to joints.
Health & well-being therapies
01
Emmett: a gentle non-invasive healing technique that clears blocked energy pathways by focusing on lymph drainage, circulation & muscle relaxation
02
Reiki to balance body, emotions, and spirit, and is intended to promote relaxation and well-being
03
Acupuncture to stimulate the release of the body's natural pain and stress-relieving chemicals like endorphins and serotonin
04
Intermittent fasting in order to reset gut health, support cellular repair, and maximize brain function
